A Little Aurora

There is a moment when a child puts on a beautiful piece of jewelry and sees themself a little differently. They straighten their shoulders, turn toward the light, and watch a crystal sparkle as they move. For a while, they get to feel wonderfully grown up, while still seeing the world with a child’s sense of wonder.

That feeling is at the heart of a Western Crystal Dreamer tea party. Each child can explore a selection of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and anklets I have made, choose pieces to wear for the celebration, and take their chosen jewelry home afterward. Dressed up in real jewelry of their own, they can share tea and conversation like the grown ups they love to imitate.

The crystals have a story, too. Daniel Swarovski dreamed of cutting them with extraordinary precision so that every facet could catch the light. Years later, the Northern Lights inspired a shimmering crystal finish. As the children turn their wrists or admire a necklace, we can imagine a little of that dancing light joining the party.

Parents can choose to gather at a local café or choose a beautiful natural setting where the afternoon feels like a fairy tale - or enjoy a magical tea party at home. Whether the occasion is a birthday or simply a day to celebrate childhood, my hope is that every guest goes home with more than a lovely piece of jewelry: a memory of feeling seen, special, and full of possibility.

Parties are scheduled with me for three or more children. The price includes a party rate per child, plus the cost of the jewelry each child chooses to take home. Café food, venue charges, or other special arrangements are quoted separately.
